1. Please, please, please do not write "Walking distance to metro!" in your headline if what you actually mean is "walking distance to metrobus!"
2. For that matter, everyplace is within walking distance, if you have enough time. Give me something I can work with.
3. I defy you to actually say the words "elevator usage fee" to me in person, with a straight face.
4. I'm not paying "pet rent" until the little buggers have "pet jobs."
5. Why on earth would you (frequently) use a headline that says "TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!!"? My first reaction is to say "thanks for the tip!" and to scroll past. I mean, really, people.
