Mystery solved

I was puzzled by a visit spike to my dormant blog and other irregularities, but I've now tracked it all down. We'll be moving on, and not only because of a recent phone conversation with Ryan in which he made mention of another friend "whose blog has also petered out," and referred to mine twice more in the past tense.

Honestly? I think that, in a very real way, I am still in that airport in Mumbai -- and that it's time to come home.
