I swear I didn't touch a single formatting setting. And yet, all that pretty white space has abruptly been stripped between lines and the text crudely shoved together. Ugly, ugly, ugly. I went in and tried to fix it manually with html, but that only gave me multiple spaces between paragraphs (and, weirdly, sometimes none, when refreshing the screen). I'll be tinkering with it. Please stand by. Or, as the Indians short-hand it, "inconvenience is regretted."

They also say things like "Jet Airways regrets to announce flight 9W will be four hours late. This is due to operational reasons," so I've already given you way more information than you'd get from an Indian bureaucracy.
