Going to bed hungry

So I was going to cook up one of those Indian boil-a-bags -- y'know, premade (and pretty good) rajma masala in a foil packet that you heat in water -- only, right there on the bag, was printed a stern warning: "Do not eat if leaking or bloated." And, well...though I'm not, fortunately, leaking, I do feel a little puffy, so I figured I better play it safe.
